He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Harvey; and his daughter Amanda Powell. He is survived by: his mother Caroline Harvey; his wife Kathy; his daughter April Marler; his siblings, Rhonda Whittington (Ricky), Gail Harvey and Kelly Harvey; and his grandchildren, Cody Gallman, Sarah Jo Dear, JoAnn Marie Inman and Katie Powell. He is also survived by one nephew, several nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of friends.
