We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2025, at the age of 96, Leon Percy Barlow Jr. (Hazlehurst, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Percy Barlow, Sr. and Rebecca Jasper Barlow; and his sisters, Rachel Barlow Goodson and Rebecca Barlow Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Elise Harris Barlow; his children, Robert Leon (Bob), Ronald Harris (Ronnie) and Rachel Lynne Barlow Brown (Terry) of Terry; his grandchildren, Jessica Barlow Vaughn (Zach), Colton Terry Brown (Karley) and Cassidy Brown Marler (Christian); and his great grandchildren, Jackson Vaughn, Katherine Vaughn, Lane Brown and Annelise Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Bluff Baptist Church (11188 Dentville Rd, Hazlehurst, MS 39083). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
