She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Langston Worley and Roney Dee Worley; her son Jeffrey Langston Collins; her husband James Collins Jr.; and her siblings, Luther Worley, Myrtle Jolly, Dan Worley, Floyd Worley, Gertrude Philpot, Walter Worley, Winston Worley and JC Worley.

She is survived by: her son Gregory Winston Collins (Lisa Collins); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Collins (Ashley), Garrett Collins (Samantha), Noah Collins, Joshua Collins and Marissa Bailey (Brad); and her great grandchildren, Jamie, Myles, Maisie and Maddox.
