He was predeceased by: his daughter Gayle Lemmon (Danny); his parents, Nual Neal and Dolly Neal (Littleton); and his brother Toy Neal. He is survived by: his wife Bennie Neal (Watts); his children, Rodney Neal (Michelle) and Gina Zee (Piet); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Madison, Luke, Zachary, Daniel and Ansley; his sisters, Vene Trantham, Pryor (Tom) and Ginger Hatley; and his brother-in-law Gary Potts (Anne). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
