“Peace! John was a classmate of mine at Quigley South and through the seminary. I always found him a good friend and person of integrity. He was a good preacher of the gospel of Love and always had a special place in my heart. I remember visiting him and his family in the projects around 47th and Indiana if memory serves me. He was one of the first African Americans I knew and he was welcomed into our home. May his family find comfort in the Lord of Consolation in their grief.”
