He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nancy Parker Holt and Roy Mack Holt; his wife Carmela DeCarlo Holt; his children, John Allen and Andrea Freeze; his grandsons, Wesley and Carter Freeze; and his siblings, Mack Holt (Margaret), Philip Holt (Mary) and Nancy Holt Black. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
