It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor C. Johnson Jr. of Hernando, Mississippi, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sons, Rodney and Randall Johnson; his sister Peggy Patterson; and his daughters-in-law, Deborah Johnson and Teresa Johnson.

He is survived by : his wife Jacquelyn F. Johnson; and his children, Russell Johnson (Vickie) of Pearl, MS, Ronald Johnson of Harrisville, MS and Tiffany Johnson Ketchum (Jason) of Hernando, MS..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to The Baptist Children's Village (P.O. Box 27, Clinton, MS 39060-0027).
