It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Rose Flynn (Holcomb, Mississippi), who passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Floyd Wallace and Rose Marie Wallace Migliore; her adoptive parents, Paul Williams and Maraget Elizabeth Tingle Williams; her daughter Destiny Whitsell; her brothers, Tommy Dims and BJ Wallace; and her pet Titan.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Whitsell of Florida, Chelsey Flynn of Duck Hill and Emma-Leigh Flynn of Holcomb, MS; her granddaughter Adelynn Whitsell; her siblings, Shanon Migliore of Oregon, LaDonna Cruze of Louisiana, Cassie Wallace of Louisiana and Billy Williams of Arkansas; and her close friend Steve Everett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
