He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Quincy Clark and Sammie Ercile Garrard Clark; his children, Sunday Lorraine Clark, Lamar Carl Clark, II and Michael Lee Clark; and his siblings, Ercile Wigley, Mary Jane Hammons, Sarah Sellers, James Ed Clark and Ted Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Clark; and his sister Polly Carver of Brandon.
