He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Welch; his mother Mary Welch Hacker of Winthrop, Arkansas; his sons, Everett Lynn Welch, Jr. (Karen) of Holcomb and Will Goff (Tiffany) of Grenada; and his sister Becky Gorman (Nathan) of Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
