He is survived by: his significant other Amanda Hodo-Cook; his children, David Bryant, Jr. of Macon, MS and Mandy Garner of Jacksonville, TX; and his siblings, Peggy Singletary of Vaiden, MS, Carolyn Cook Nobile of Moorhead, MS, Debra Parker of Memphis, TN and Raymond Cook of Moorhead, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
