He is survived by: his wife Frances R. Baugh; his children, Vickie Myers (Tim), Stephanie Werne, Cindy Johnson (Paul), Melissa Thedford, Billy Baugh (Cindy), Jamie Baugh and Wayne Carroll; his siblings, Marie Clark (Gary), Donna Baugh, Irvin Baugh (Marie), Jackie Baugh (Judy) and Danny Baugh (Mattie); and his sister-in-law Diane Baugh. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
