He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert L. Blue and Vera Mae Blue; and his daughter Chrissie Louise Blue. He is survived by : his wife Allison Blue; his children, Goven Blue, Jr., Steven Lloyd Bumbaugh (April), Tracie Lee Blue and Shauna Marie Lomax; and his siblings, Phillip McIlvoy (Shelly), Vera Lee Foster (Preston) and Mary McGowan (Freddie). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
