He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Williams and Wilhelmenia Anderson Williams; his sons, Luther R. Williams, Jr. and Dexterious Williams; and his siblings, Zenoria Williams Fuller, Cutie Joyce Loftis Robinson, Elree Williams, Lee Earnest Williams and Charles Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Williams (Julissa) of Lake Kiowa, Texas, Veshia Penn (Leonard) of Venus, Lecrezia Coyne (John) of Arlington and Latrice Williams of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his sister Carolyn Miller of Laneville, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anadarko Church of Christ (13096 FM 1662, Laneville, TX 75667). The military honors was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Anadarko Cemetery (13096 FM 1662, Laneville, TX 75667).
