He is survived by : his wife Rose Wilkerson; his children, Leslie Bennett (Shawn) and Ricky Wilkerson, Jr.; his siblings, Linda Carter (Raymond), Donna Johnson and James Wilkerson; and his grandchildren, Jay, Brayden, Lauren Bennett, Gracie and Madison Wilkerson.
