He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hobbs and Doris Wages Hobbs; and his wife Judy Hobbs. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Hobbs (Melanie) of Potts Camp, Warren "Bart" Hobbs of Holly Springs and Bryan Hobbs (Melissa) of Saltillo; his stepchildren, Michelle Clifton, Danny Barber, Nathaniel Hobbs, Jonathan Betts and Emmanuel Betts; and his adoptive children, Josiah and Tearinee Hobbs. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Church Cemetery (6873-6897 MS-178, Potts Camp, MS 38659).
