He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Bline and Thelma Bline (Weir); and his brothers, William "Bill" Bline and Charles "Chuck" Bline Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Judy Taylor; his son Jacob "Jake" Bline; his stepson Richard Allen Keeling; his grandson Ryder Bline of Holly Springs, Mississippi.; his sisters, Jennie Holsapple (Kim) of Toledo, IL, Kathy Bline of Charleston, IL and Lisa Johnson (Clay) of Bloomington, IL; and his aunt Grace Bline Bailey of LaPorte, IN. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
