He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil E. Burnette Jr. and Betty Ruth Milliron Burnette of Nashville. He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Carlton, Andrea Nokes of Smithville and Lani Rinkel; and his brother-in-law Steve (Karen Burnette) of Brighton.
