He was predeceased by : his father Robert Michael "Mike" O'Kelly. He is survived by : his mother Kathy Mills Gillespie (Mills); his father-in-law Kenneth Gillespie of Horn Lake, MS; his siblings, Melanie Lindsay (Paul Lindsay) of Memphis, TN and Joseph Woodward (Jennifer Woodward) of Las Vegas, NV; his stepsister Christy Woodward (Robert Woodward) of Horn Lake, MS; and his stepmother Rosetta O'Kelly. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to fentanyl & drug addiction awareness campaigns in Nick's honor and that if you have a loved one who is fighting addiction, you do everything possible to be supportive and guide them to rehabilitation before it is too late.
