He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy "Pete" Duncan and Eura Faye Waits Duncan; his siblings, Patricia Duncan, Charles and Robert Duncan; and his in-laws, John Moore and Pauline Moore Young.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Moore Duncan of Houlka; his children, Cathy Barton (Lebron) of Pontotoc, Kelly Fleming (John) of Houlka and Cody Duncan (Lindsay) of Houston; his grandchildren, Jeremy White (Kelli), Kacie White, Hannah Brasher, Jade Barton, Noah Fleming, Jonah Fleming, Kaine Duncan, Deacon Duncan, Ryleigh Stone and Natalie Stone; his great grandchildren, Easton, Eden and Emmi White; and his sister Peggy Duncan Smith of Oxford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
