Though Lisa may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lisa touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Roy Milton Vance; her daughters, Senika Stasia Buchanan of Starkville and Latasha Renee Buchanan of Houlka; her brothers, Jerry Pittman, David Coleman (Jennifer), Keith Pittman, Tommy Berry (Raffieal) and James Berry (Sam); and her sisters-in-law, Karen McShaw (Charles), Teressa Hughes (Leonis) and Jessica Buchanan of Algoma.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Grove M. B. Church (199 Co Rd 2, New Houlka, MS 38850).
