He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winford Crowley, Sr. and Charleen Crowley; his wife Millie Rousch Crowley; his son Lonnie Crowley; and his brother J. W. Crowley.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Crowley (Glenda) of Maben, Arther Crowley of Houston, Charles Crowley (Carolyn) of Prairie, Jim Crowley (Glenda) of Houston, Sallie Johnstone of West Point, Vivian Neal (Bobby) of Houston and Gwen Fowler of Houston; and his caregiver Garrett Houser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews including a special great nephew.
