It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sammy Joe Butler of Houlka, Mississippi, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Aaron Butler and Lois Catherine Logan Butler; and his siblings, Harold Wayne Butler and Shirley Kay Butler. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Clay Butler of Houlka and Colby Wayne Butler of Houston; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Kade Butler, Blair Macoy Butler, Cyston Wayne Butler, Dexton Reed Butler and Olivia Jaden Keith.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Robs Cemetery.
