He was predeceased by : his parents, James Frank and Annie Lucille Birmingham; his foster parents, Carl Lee and Ruby Colbert; his mother-in-law Evelyn Daniel; and his brothers, Bobby Birmingham, Jimmy Birmingham, Lee Birmingham, Bill Birmingham, Bobby Colbert and Donald Colbert.
He is survived by : his wife Vickie Birmingham of Houston, MS; his daughters, Bethany Higginbotham (Brad), Molly Birmingham, Ashley Birmingham and Krista Birmingham; his grandsons, Taylor and Will Higginbotham; and his siblings, Gene Birmingham, Neal Colbert (Lois Ann), Thomas Colbert (Ann), Louise McMillen (Tommy), Linda Simpson (Johnny), Jean Miller and Ruby Lee Lancaster.
