He was predeceased by : his father Perry Lee Benson, Sr.; and his siblings, Martha Christopher, Johnny Benson and Edward Benson. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Faye Lowrey Benson of Houston; his daughters, Tina Benson Young (Alan) of Houston and Leigh Ann Juckes (Mike) of McCondy; his grandchildren, Tyler Young of Starkville, Tayla Young of Houston, Shane Juckes of McCondy and McKenzie Juckes of McCondy; his sister Shirley "Jo" McClelland (Steve) of Starkville; his caregiver Diane Lyles; and also, Lester, Kim and Zack Boren of Houston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
