He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee Earnest and Lottie Kilgore Earnest; and his brothers, Jessie Earnest, Cecil Earnest, Tony Earnest, Auston Earnest and Jimmy Earnest.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Earnest (Perry) of Houston, Lisa Earnest of Kansas City and Quitman N. Earnest, Jr. of Carter, Oklahoma; his siblings, David Harold Earnest (Sandra) of Houston, MS, Sally Kendall Davis of Houston, MS, Betty Linley of Houston, MS and Virgie Davis of Houston, MS; and his girlfriend Carolyn Akins of Houston, MS.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (334 E Madison St, Houston, MS 38851). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
