He is survived by: his children, Tammy Earnest (Perry) of Houston, Lisa Earnest of Kansas City and Quitman N. Earnest, Jr. of Carter, Oklahoma; his siblings, David Harold Earnest (Sandra) of Houston, MS, Sally Kendall Davis of Houston, MS, Betty Linley of Houston, MS and Virgie Davis of Houston, MS; his sisters-in-law, Frankie Earnest of Houston and Diane Earnest of Houston; and his girlfriend Carolyn Akins of Houston, MS.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
