He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Edward and Christine Bailey (McGee). He is survived by : his wife Bobbie Hill Bailey (Hill); his children, Stephen Bailey (Kisha) and Cheryl Bailey Perault (Jason); his brothers, Wayne Bailey, Danny Bailey (Sharon) and Kenneth Bailey; and his grandchildren, Britton Bailey, Rivers Bailey, Breanna Perault, John Perault and Caleb Perault.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the food pantry at Parkway Baptist Church, Houston, MS, would be greatly appreciated.
