He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Scott, Jr. and Betty Maud Pumphrey Scott; his son Joshua Floyd Scott (Maria) of Steens; his brother-in-law Wade Puckett; and his grandparents, Robert L. "Bobby", Bettie Harmon, Eddie Lee, Cornelia Carter Pumphrey, William Jennings Bryan and Eula Lake Carpenter Scott.
He is survived by: his sister Carolyn Sue Scott Puckett (Wade) of Wilson, Arkansas.; his sons, William Lee "Hank" Scott, Jr. (Stacie) of Houston and Robert Harmon Scott (Beth) of Sparta; his wife Icie Lee Eaton Scott of Sparta; his grandchildren, Robert (Deanna), Carter, James, Josh, Lee, Brooke Scott, Taylor Stephens and Madison Traywick (Carson); his nieces, Kristine Puckett and Kate Broach (Aaron); his nephew Nathan Puckett (Audre); and his uncle Kenny Scott (Georgia).
