He is survived by: his son Clark D. Scruggs (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Scruggs, Christina Wilbanks (Josh) and Bart Scruggs (Sydna). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
