He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacqueline Caruthers Turner and William Lynn Caruthers. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Caruthers; his children, Katherine Castaneda (Marcus) and Patrick Caruthers (Amanda); his stepdaughter Cynthia Scarlett Bailey; his grandchildren, Christian Castaneda (Danica), Evan Castaneda (Briley) and MariMichael Hill; and his brothers, William Caruthers Jr. (Kim) and Stephen Caruthers (Tammy). He is also survived by two nephews, two nieces, and four great nephews.
