With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale Thornton McWilliams of Indianola, Mississippi, born in Brownsville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy McWilliams of Holly Ridge; and her parents, Harbert Thornton and Hayden Thornton of Brownsville, Tennessee.. She is survived by: her children, Matt McWilliams (Wendy) of Brandon and Hayden Hooper (Bob) of Brownsville; her grandchildren, Clayton Converse, Katie Converse Cheney (Garner), Sarah Margaret Hooper, James, Rebecca and Bennett McWilliams; her great grandchild William Garner Cheney IV; and her siblings, Ree Moses (Jack) of Brownsville and Taylor Thornton of Nashville.
