J.) of Indianola and Jon-Hunter Smith of Indianola; his brother Gary Smith (Margaret) of Trenton, Utah; his pet MoMo; his grandchildren, Jacob Smith, David Smith, III, Emily West, Katey West, Gabby Allen, Jackson West and Ela Allen; and his friends, Billy, Ann Pate, John Johnson and Buster Moore.
