He was predeceased by : his parents, James Holmes McWilliams and Lucille Mathews McWilliams; and his brother Tommy McWilliams. He is survived by : his son D. Rials McWilliams (Courtney); his grandson John Rials McWilliams of Madison, Mississippi.; his brothers, James E. McWilliams of Holly Ridge and Johnny McWilliams of Indianola; his nephews, Matt McWilliams (Wendy) of Brandon, MS, Hayden Hooper (Bob) of Brownsville, TN, Mason McWilliams (Lena) of Memphis, TN and Jack McWilliams (Tiffany) of Cleveland, MS; and his niece Katie McWilliams of Leland, MS. He is also survived by great nephews and nieces and countless special friends.

Memorials may be made to the Indianola First Methodist Church, where Frank was a lifelong member.
