He is survived by: his close friend Georgia Griffin; his son Shannon Walker; his stepdaughter Dawn Collata; his siblings, Donny Walker and Linda Walker Switzer; his grandsons, Byron Walker and Matthew Walker; and his stepgrandchildren, Brian Boyette and Ashley Boyette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burton Funeral Home (634 US-82, Indianola, MS 38751). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
