Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Sara Scrivner for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rual Scrivner and Fleta Scrivner; her daughter Kimberly Calhoun; her sister Lena Scrivner; and her grandson Blake Downs.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Downs; her sons, Larry Downs (Janice) and Gary Downs (Robyn); and her grandson Charles Downs (Mary Kat). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Linn Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
