She is survived by: her sons, Charles Horn of Itta Bena, Mark Horn of Little Rock, Tim Horn (Anita) of Pine and George Ann Horn Vail of Sidon; her sister Ginny Watts of Bartonville, Texas; her grandchildren, Brad Vail (Maegan Hannan), Cody Horn (Ashton), Kristi Nix (Kendall) and Adam Horn; and her great grandchildren, Richard Horn, Aleana Horn, Weston Horn and Allie Nix.
