Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel (302 Carr St, Fulton, KY 42041). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Greenlea Cemetery.
