With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Azzlee Downs of Iuka, Mississippi, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Azzlee left this world on July 16, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee Burcham and Francis Wamsley Burcham; and her siblings, James Burcham, Charlene Vanderford and Linda Joyce Burcham.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Downs (Jennell) and Jeff Downs (Sheila); her grandsons, John Ward and Austin Ward (Alice); her great grandchildren, Alexis Ward and Madison Ward; and her cousin Peggy Sue Murabito (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - East (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
