He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Lee "Tidy" Cutshall and Bonnie Gray Cutshall. He is survived by: his wife Irene Rutledge Cutshall; his children, Diane Cutshall Boyd (Durann), Stephen Cutshall (Gail), Jonathan Cutshall (Cara) and Jason Cutshall (Kelly); his siblings, Linda Storie, Nelda Jones and Jeff Cutshall; his grandchildren, Douglas Boyd (Hannah), Amanda C. Stowell (Wayne), Tate Cutshall (Ashley), Abby C. Miller (Rocky), Nathan Cutshall, Caden Cutshall, Jacob Cutshall, Jared Cutshall and Noah Cutshall; his great grandchildren, Luke Boyd, Jack Boyd, Millie Stowell, Ashton Stowell, Sawyer Cutshall and Wallace Miller; and his cousin Perry Cutshall. He is also survived by his father and uncles.
