She was predeceased by : her husband Austin Rast; her parents, Clarence W. Stanford and Fannie Mae Edmondson Stanford; her daughter Jeannie Helton; and her grandsons, Corey Helton and Adam Rast.

She is survived by : her children, Kathy Rast, Donny Rast and Richie Rast (Tina); her grandchildren, Misty Thompson (Joe Boswell), Alexandria Rast Lock (Jacob) and Austin Rast; her great grandchildren, Madison Oszan (Kyle) and Weston Locke; and her siblings, Shirley Haygood, Connie Dillard, Johnny Stanford, Sheila Robbins and Marty Stanford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mrs. Frances' honor to any cancer foundation or research.
