Gail left this world on February 5, 2026 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy T. Wilbanks and Vera Wilbanks; and her brothers, Leroy Wilbanks (Barbara) and Charles Wilbanks. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Williams; her daughter Toni Matthews; her stepdaughter Julie Williams; her grandchildren, Jacob Matthews, Austen Williams and Billy Bond; and her siblings, Neal Wilbanks and Sue Haygood (Dan). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
