She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Adair; her son Tommy Adair; her mother Berniece Coley (Charles); and her brother-in-law Wayne Medders. She is survived by: her son Phillip Adair (Dana); her grandchildren, Kristen Wallace (Jarrod) and Blaine Adair (Laura Beth); her great grandchildren, Pyper Burnett, Harper Burnette, Hudson Adair, Huck Adair, Annie Adair, Brady Wallace and Macy Hanesworth (Scott); her sister Judy Medders; and her niece Crystal Lewis (Jeff).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to FIfth Street Baptist Church in honor of Mrs. Jean.
