She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond Turner; her parents, William Harvey and Rosa Lee Duncan Stanford; and her sons, Timothy Turner and Michael Turner.

She is survived by : her son Anthony Turner (Mary Floyd); and her granddaughter Jennifer Lopez.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel (302 N Pearl St, Iuka, MS 38852). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Donations may be made in Jean's honor to LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
