She was predeceased by : her husband Leland Butler; her parents, Bruce Martin and Lela Mae Martin; her brothers, James Martin and Butch Martin; and her son Duane Butler.

She is survived by : her sons, James Butler (Shelaine) and Tommy Butler (Susan); and her grandchildren, Rodney Butler, Richie Butler, Gable Butler, Cade Butler and Carrlie Thornton. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
