She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Cleatus "Chuck" Leatherwood and Juanita Leatherwood; and her siblings, Anne Miller, Michael Leatherwood and Kay Leatherwood. She is also survived by her niece, nephews, great-niece, and sister-in-law.
