He was predeceased by: his mother Nell Pharr; his brother Tim Gray; and his close friend Hassell Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Gray; his children, Dr. Adam Gray (Rebecca) and Dr. Emily Presson (Justin); his grandchildren, Mary Ellis Gray, Evelyn Gray, Hannah Presson, Lucas Presson and Anne Presson; his brothers, Bill Gray (Janice) and Jeff Gray (Tina); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Gray, Brittany McGee, Joshua Gray, Makenzie Ballard and Ryan Gray.
