She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermon Blunt and Lois Edmondson Blunt; and her siblings, Tommy Blunt, Eddie Blunt, Martha Blunt and Rebecca Blunt.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Ferrell; her grandchildren, Harley Ferrell Mosley and Jonathan Silas Mosley; her husband Harold Ferrell; and her siblings, James Blunt (Thelma), Danny Blunt, Keith Blunt (Carol), Hazel Walters (Bruce) and Carolyn Samons (Alvis). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Sarah's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
