She was predeceased by: her husband Rickey Frazier; her parents, Donald Ray and Edna Orick Hamm; and her brother Michael Hamm. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Frazier (Lauren) and Jared Frazier (Kristen); her siblings, Donna Kim, Sandy Haney and David Hamm; and her grandchild Lockelyn Frazier.
