She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Barrett of Brandon, Mississippi; her mother Sue Castleberry of Iuka, Mississippi; her brother John Castleberry (Shelia); her nephew Jay Castleberry; and her great-nephew Tate Castleberry of Iuka.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Susan's memory, an organization dear to her heart.
