He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Braddock Thomson and Homer Thomson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Thomson; his children, Melissa Matthews (Matt), Rachel Green (Jason) and Thomas Thomson Jr. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Scott Green, Houston Green, Bailey Thomson and Layla Thomson; and his brother Homer Thomson, Jr. (Each). He is also survived by his grandchildren and being a doting husband to his wife.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Book Hotel Counce Community Center (491 Hinton Rd, Counce, TN 38326).
